Meta Pixel, Advertising Events & Server-Side Attribution

Family Pathways uses advertising and attribution technologies that may include the Meta Pixel and server-side conversion or attribution tools.

These technologies may help us understand whether advertising resulted in general website actions such as:

  • Page visits
  • Lead submissions
  • Scheduled calls
  • Purchases, when purchase tracking is enabled

Information transmitted for advertising measurement may include identifiers such as IP address, browser information, cookie identifiers, or hashed contact information where supported and permitted.

We do not intentionally transmit individual questionnaire responses, questionnaire scores, personalized report categories, or the detailed content of questionnaire selections to Meta or other advertising platforms.

Our advertising events are intended to measure general actions rather than the personal circumstances described within an educational questionnaire.

We may also use audiences based on general website engagement or customer relationships where permitted by applicable law.

Section

Eboov and Server-Side Attribution

We may use Eboov for video hosting, lead attribution, and server-side advertising measurement.

For example, Eboov may help identify that a person who submitted an opt-in form originally arrived from a particular advertising campaign.

Eboov and similar platforms may process information necessary to provide attribution, analytics, or advertising measurement services on our behalf.

Section

Some cookies are necessary for website functionality. Others are used for analytics or advertising.

Where required by applicable law, we request consent before using non-essential advertising or analytics technologies.

You may also be able to control cookies through your browser or through privacy controls made available on our website.

Where applicable law requires us to recognize an eligible universal opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will honor that signal as required.

Section

Sale, Sharing & Targeted Advertising

Family Pathways does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

However, certain disclosures involving advertising technologies may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for “targeted advertising” under some U.S. state privacy laws even when no money is exchanged for the information.

Where applicable law provides you with an opt-out right, you may exercise that right as described in the Your U.S. State Privacy Rights section below.

Children's Privacy

Family Pathways Services are intended for adults age 18 and older.

We do not knowingly offer accounts, marketing forms, or coaching enrollment directly to children under 13.

Parents and other adults using Family Pathways may provide general information about family circumstances. Our marketing questionnaires are designed to avoid directly identifying a child and generally use broad age ranges rather than exact dates of birth.

Please do not submit a child's unnecessary identifying or highly sensitive information through general marketing forms.

If you believe information was collected directly from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, contact us at [email protected].

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

However, no website, database, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
