These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Family Pathways LLC websites, courses, coaching programs, communities, digital materials, events, forms, memberships, consultations, and related services (“Services”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using a Service, you agree to these Terms and any additional written terms applicable to the specific Service.

Our Services are intended for adults age 18 or older.
By purchasing or using our Services, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
Family Pathways provides coaching, education, consultation, family strategy, support navigation, and related non-clinical services.
Family Pathways is not a healthcare provider, and participation in Family Pathways does not create a healthcare, therapist-client, or other licensed professional relationship.
Professional licenses, certifications, education, or prior experience held by Family Pathways personnel may be referenced as professional background or credentials. Those credentials do not change the nature or scope of the Family Pathways Services.
Family Pathways does not make decisions on your behalf. You remain responsible for decisions regarding your family, education, outside professionals, outside programs, legal matters, finances, and other third-party resources.
Family Pathways is not monitored as a 24-hour emergency service.
If you believe someone is in immediate danger or requires emergency assistance, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency services available in your location.
Family Pathways may provide:
Information is intended to help you organize options and make your own informed decisions.
Family Pathways does not guarantee that a particular outside resource will be available, appropriate, accepted, affordable, or successful.
Family Pathways may offer products or Services including:
The features, duration, pricing, bonuses, access terms, and deliverables for a particular offer are those presented on the applicable sales page, checkout page, enrollment agreement, order form, or other written offer at the time of purchase.
Program content may be updated over time to improve the Service.
Certain customized or one-to-one Services may require a separate written service agreement.
When a separate signed agreement applies, that agreement governs the specific scope, fees, deliverables, scheduling, cancellation terms, travel arrangements, and other details of that engagement.
If there is a direct conflict between these Terms and a signed program-specific agreement, the program-specific agreement controls for that Service.
Prices and payment options are disclosed when you purchase or enroll.
By purchasing a Service, you authorize Family Pathways and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method according to the payment option you choose.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping your payment method current.
A payment plan is an installment arrangement for the full purchase price unless the applicable offer specifically identifies it as a cancel-anytime subscription.
For example, where Parent Pathways Accelerator is offered as eight installment payments, selecting that option creates an obligation to complete the installment plan unless you qualify for an applicable written refund policy.
If a payment fails, we may contact you and provide an opportunity to update your payment method.
We may temporarily restrict access to Services while an account is past due.
If an unpaid balance remains unresolved, we may terminate access and pursue amounts properly owed under the applicable purchase agreement, subject to applicable law.
Different Family Pathways products have different refund terms.
The refund policy applicable to a purchase is the policy displayed at checkout, stated in a written enrollment agreement, or described below.
Where the Parent Pathways Accelerator offer includes our 30-Day Implementation Guarantee, eligibility requires active participation during the first 30 days.
To qualify for a full refund under this guarantee, the participant must:
Attendance and completion may be documented by Family Pathways.
A participant who does not meet the stated guarantee requirements is not eligible for a refund under this guarantee.
The guarantee does not apply where payments are past due, access has been terminated for violation of these Terms, required participation has not been completed, or the refund request is outside the stated timeframe.
From No To Yes ($44) includes a 30-day refund window.
If you are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund of the $44 course purchase price.
Order bumps, one-time offers, and upsells purchased alongside the course are final sale and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
All other digital products, templates, downloads, and self-paced materials not covered by a specific refund policy stated at checkout are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Custom coaching, one-to-one engagements, events, and other Services may have separate cancellation or refund provisions contained in their applicable written agreement or checkout terms.
Where mandatory consumer law provides a right that cannot legally be waived, that law controls.
Family Pathways does not guarantee any particular result from coaching, education, resources, programs, or recommendations.
Every family and situation is different.
Results may depend on many factors outside our control, including participation, implementation, communication, family circumstances, decisions made by other people, and the availability or actions of third-party resources.
Purchasing a Family Pathways Service is not a guarantee that another person will change, cooperate, participate, or make a particular decision.
Testimonials, stories, examples, case illustrations, screenshots, and participant experiences represent individual experiences.
They are not promises or guarantees that another customer will receive the same result.
Testimonials may be edited for length, formatting, clarity, or privacy without materially changing the substance of the person's experience.
If you subscribe to marketing emails, Family Pathways may send educational content, announcements, invitations, and offers.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the message.
SMS marketing communications are sent only where the recipient has opted in as required by applicable law.
Where you separately consent to SMS messages:
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not intended to be a condition of purchase.
Transactional communications related to a purchase, appointment, account, or requested Service may be treated separately as permitted by law.
Some Services may include online communities, group coaching calls, discussion spaces, or member groups.
Participants must interact respectfully.
You may not:
Family Pathways may moderate content or suspend or remove access when reasonably necessary to protect the community or enforce these Terms.
We ask participants to respect the privacy of other members.
You may not share another participant's name, story, screenshots, recordings, or identifying details outside the applicable group without permission.
However, group coaching and online communities are shared environments. Family Pathways cannot guarantee that another participant will keep information private.
Group communications are not legally privileged or guaranteed confidential.
Use discretion when deciding what information to share.
Family Pathways may provide information about outside programs, schools, professionals, organizations, services, or other resources.
Providing information about a third party does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of its availability, quality, suitability, pricing, practices, or results.
You are responsible for evaluating outside resources and making your own decisions.
Unless expressly disclosed in writing, Family Pathways does not receive referral fees or commissions merely for including a resource in a directory.
Family Pathways Services are coaching and educational Services and are not marketed as insurance-covered healthcare services.
We may provide an ordinary receipt or invoice for a purchase.
Family Pathways does not guarantee reimbursement from an insurer, HSA/FSA administrator, employer, or other third party.
You are responsible for determining whether any reimbursement arrangement available to you applies.
Unless otherwise stated, Family Pathways LLC or its licensors own the intellectual property contained in or provided through the Services.
This includes:
Purchasing access gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own personal or family purposes.
You may not copy, republish, distribute, resell, teach, sublicense, reproduce, publicly display, or create commercial derivative works from Family Pathways materials without written authorization.
Certain group calls, workshops, trainings, or events may be recorded.
Where recording occurs, participants may be notified through the program materials, event notice, platform, or facilitator.
Your voice, name, image, chat comments, or contributions may appear in a recording if you participate.
Do not share information in a recorded setting that you do not want included in the recording.
Separate authorization will be obtained where required before using identifiable participant content for public marketing.
Family Pathways uses third-party services that may include:
Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Our handling of personal information is further described in the Family Pathways Privacy Policy.
If you believe a billing error occurred, please contact [email protected] so we have an opportunity to review and resolve it.
A chargeback does not automatically cancel a valid installment agreement or other payment obligation.
We may provide the applicable payment processor with purchase records, agreements, access records, communications, refund terms, or other documentation reasonably necessary to respond to a payment dispute.
Nothing in this section limits rights you cannot legally waive.
Family Pathways may suspend or terminate access to a Service for reasons including:
Termination does not automatically eliminate payment obligations already incurred, except as required by applicable law or an applicable refund policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Family Pathways LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Family Pathways' aggregate liability for a claim relating to a specific Service will not exceed the amount actually paid to Family Pathways for that Service.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Family Pathways does not warrant that a Service will:
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you and Family Pathways agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve a dispute informally.
Contact: [email protected]
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under the applicable consumer arbitration rules.
Arbitration may occur by video conference or in New Hampshire as permitted by the applicable rules and law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis rather than as part of a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
You may opt out of the arbitration provision by sending written notice to [email protected] within 30 days after first agreeing to these Terms.
Your notice should include your name, email address, and a clear statement that you are opting out of the arbitration provision in the Family Pathways Terms of Service.
Nothing in this section eliminates consumer rights or dispute procedures that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
If you reside outside New Hampshire or outside the United States, this choice-of-law provision does not eliminate mandatory rights provided by laws that legally apply to you.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Any unenforceable provision should be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable offer or checkout terms, and any signed program-specific agreement form the agreement between you and Family Pathways regarding the applicable Service.
A signed program-specific agreement controls over these general Terms if the two directly conflict regarding that specific engagement.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
An updated version will be posted with a revised effective date.
Material changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law.
